Today: [Deuteronomy Chapter Twenty-Seven]: Mountains of Blessing and Cursing. In this this chapter the people are instructed once in Canaan to pronounce blessings and cursings from Mt. Ebal and Mt. Gerizim. In a time of grace and mercy from God through Jesus are there consequences for disobedience? What is our accountability before God were moral issues are concerned? Does God still curse today? If God doesn’t curse disobedience does that mean neither does He bless us when we obey?
