Morning Light - April 7th, 2015: Put Ephraim to the Sword! (Audio)

Today: [Judges Chapter Twelve]: Put Ephraim to the Sword! In this chapter we find again that Ephraim comes out and demands glory and recognition for a battle they didn’t fight. Ephraim in the book of Judges stands as a type and figure of false friendship. When you are insecure and in need your discernment becomes weak and you allow people near you that are not true in their friendship. People who say they stand with you but only show up after the battle is won. Those who claim to be in covenant but never come through for you in a time of you. Toward these your only recourse is the SWORD of the WORD of God to break the power of the familiar spirits that operate in these relationships.
